Next Thursday January 31st, the fifth edition of the Zürich Game Festival will start in the northern city of Switzerland. This four-day event, called "Ludicious", is focused on the arts of video game development, but will also have a wide range of conferences.
Kate Edwards, Robin Hunicke, Noah Falstein, Steven Gaynor, Mikael Haveri, Farrell Edwards, Anita Sarkeesian, Thomas Bidaux, Tsahi Liberman or Ari Pulkkinen are just some of the illustrious speakers who will visit the event. They will deal with topics as diverse as the feminism in the esports industry or video games dubbing, the voices that give life to the characters.
In addition, a prize-giving ceremony will be held in the festival, featuring categories such as innovation or emerging talent, courtesy of the ETH Zürich organization and the University of Zurich. "We work to support small and medium size developers connecting with the broader industry," they claim on their website.
